Remodel the existing administration building at the Kellogg Wastewater Recovery Facility and construct additions of approximately 1,550 sf. Existing locker and break rooms currently located elsewhere on campus will be moved to this building. The addition will include dedicated conference and break rooms which may be combined into a larger community meeting room by opening a folding partition. The existing building interior will be remodeled with new floors, walls, doors, roofing and limited new siding and fenestration. MEP systems will be largely remodeled and refreshed, and new finishes will be installed throughout. Additional plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities will be added.
