36' Arctic Landing Craft Repower RFP

Description: The United States Coast Guard, under the Department of Homeland Security and through Base Ketchikan, is soliciting a complete Volvo Penta D4 marine propulsion system package to repower a 36-foot Munson Landing Craft. The requirement includes two engines, transom shields, DPI outdrives, EVC components, specified ancillary components, delivery to the Alaska Marine Lines terminal in Ketchikan, and OEM-authorized commissioning and sea trials. This is a firm-fixed-price commercial procurement with no set-aside, and responses are due September 3, 2026; it is not a grant program.
