The work consists of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical installations for the equipping of a well as depicted in the Drawings and Specifications. The civil work includes, but is not limited to, site grading, placement of a aggregate base, the installation of a new decorative iron fence, access gates, a new concrete curb and gutter, and removal of existing landscaping.
