30 St SW & Foothills Watermain Design

Description: The City of Salmon Arm seeks engineering services for the Foothill Road SW Watermain Upgrade and the 30 Street SW Watermain Looping under RFP 2026-24. The projects involve replacing approximately 1,020–1,400 metres of existing 100 mm watermain with 250 mm pipe and designing a new 200 mm watermain connection to improve fire flows, water quality, and network redundancy. Services include surveying, utility coordination, detailed design, cost estimates, permitting, and tender documentation, with construction administration and inspection for the Foothill Road project and provisional construction-phase services for the looping project.
