3-Season Sleep System & Components

Description: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is soliciting proposals for the 3-Season Sleep System & Components, which includes the Bivy Compression Stuff Sack (NSN 8465-01-574-4003), Sleeping Bags, Bivy Covers, Mesh Storage Bags, ECW Outer Bags, and ECW Compression Stuff Sacks. The procurement will be split into two equal lots (50/50) with a four-year tier structure: Lot #1 unrestricted with Hub Zone preference, and Lot #2 as a Small Business Set-Aside. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract using Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures, with delivery to the DLA Distribution Center in Pendergrass, GA. One Product Demonstration Model is required for evaluation.
