The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) is seeking floor-care services for the Choctaw County Health Department at 1001 S. Mulberry Ave., Butler, AL 36904, for the period 10/01/26 through 9/30/27. The scope covers stripping and refinishing all VCT and Terrazzo flooring once per year, cleaning carpeted areas once per year, sweeping, mopping, and buffing open VCT areas three times per year, and turbo-cleaning bathroom tile once per year; the awarded supplier must provide the chemicals, materials, and equipment and may not subcontract. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9/23/26 at 11 a.m., and the solicitation is open for bidding until 9/30/2026 12:00:00 AM (CST), with ADPH reserving the right not to award because of budget restrictions.
