Description: The City seeks a contractor to provide baseline roof surveys, infrared moisture scans, annual roof condition assessments and inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs under $50,000.00. The work covers numerous City of Myrtle Beach facilities. The contractor must provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to perform the work.
