Construction of the Pocahontas Waterline Replacement Project RFP
Which consists of the replacement of existing waterlines in the Yards, Nemours, and Wolfe communities in Mercer County, West Virginia. In addition, the water lines will be upgraded to allow for the installation of fire hydrants. The Project consists of constructing: CONTRACT NO. 5 will consist of approx. 6,100 LF of 4" water main, 2,600 LF of 2" water main, 600 LF of service lines, 5 Meters and Settings, 3 Service reconnections, 2 Service relocations, valves, hydrants, and all appurtenances.

Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) Services RFP
To provide the following type of services in support of the above-reference project. The preferred cmr team should demonstrate experience with construction and renovation of correctional facility renovations. The new haven community correctional center is a 131,000 square foot correctional facility constructed in 1976 with ballasted inverted roof membrane assembly (irma) epdm and metal clad sloped roof systems. The scope of work for the project shall include repair and replacement of the existing roof systems (with a non-irma fully adhered roof assembly), exterior facade sealant joints, and replacement of the main entrance curtainwall, vestibule, and skylight systems.
