The Alabama Department of Public Health is soliciting janitorial services and floor care for the Pike County Health Department at 900 S. Franklin Dr., Troy, Alabama. Services are required five days per week for approximately four hours per day after business hours during the period October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with the contractor supplying chemicals, materials, and equipment except for paper products, trash bags, and soap provided by ADPH. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and subcontracting is prohibited.
