Description: The City of Tempe seeks proposals from qualified individual attorneys to serve as court-appointed attorneys for indigent defendants entitled by law to counsel in the Tempe Municipal Court. Attorneys may also serve as advisory counsel or accept other counsel appointments made in the interest of justice. This ongoing supplemental RFP procures legal services; it is not a grant program.
