Description: The California Department of Motor Vehicles is soliciting bids for warehousing, transporting, preparing, and mailing vehicle and trailer license plates, disabled person placards, OHV sticker license plates, PYR and CVRA decals, registration certificates, and identification cards. The awarded contractor must provide the required facilities, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and related services for the agreement term. This is a Sell Event/RFx, with bids due by email no later than August 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
