Tree Trimming Requirements: The Contractor shall: Provide a 4–5-foot clearance by cutting back all tree branches hanging over powerlines and branches growing into or through RTA catenary (overhead contact) lines. Trim, remove, or cut back all vegetation and brush that obstructs visibility along the designated streetcar line. Tree trimming and vegetation clearance shall be performed along the St. Charles Line, specifically: Carrollton Avenue & Claiborne Avenue to Howard Avenue. Trim all trees to provide a 4–5-foot clearance from catenary/power lines. Upperline Street to Valence Street (Substation). Trim all trees to maintain a 4–5-foot clearance from catenary/power lines.
