Description: Providing project development services for the Lakeshore Dr Surface and Drainage project in Valley County. The project will rehabilitate Lakeshore Drive from MP 0.74 to MP 3.98 with shoulder widening. Develop the project from pre-concept through PS&E delivery with the following areas of expertise: Roadway design; drainage design; survey; environmental; geotechnical investigation and design; traffic control design; stormwater pollution prevention plan design; and public involvement.
