Description: The City of Greenwood seeks formal proposals for construction of a water meter and backflow preventer vault on a 150 mm watermain at Everett Avenue and Smelter Viewpoint Road. The work includes metering and backflow protection connecting the City's distribution system to the Anaconda service area of the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary, along with excavation, installation, testing, commissioning, and site restoration. Fabrication of a replacement vault lid that replicates the existing lid in form, fit, and function. Replacement of the structural support beams beneath the vault lid. Replacement of the fixed access ladder extending from the vault lid to the vault floor. Installation of the new vault lid assembly, including all hardware, anchoring, and adjustments necessary to ensure proper fit and operation. Prime and epoxy paint both sides of the meter lid with a UV-stable product
