2026-2027 Private Property Tree and Stump Removal Contract RFP
Removal of 197 trees & stumps 1) removal of approx. 130 dead and dying ash trees and stump grinding services in front yards of private properties (2025 mn dnr releaf community forestry grant) all private property ash trees to be removed with this program are marked with an orange x spray painted on the street-facing side of the tree. All trees associated with this project will be characterized as a tier 1 removal. 2) removal of approx. 100 dead/dying/risk trees (any species) in any area of private property. All private property trees to be removed with this program are marked with a green ring and x painted on the street-facing side of the tree. Trees associated with this project will be characterized as a tier 1 through tier 3 removals, depending on site conditions.
