Town of Brookline Invitation to Bid – Winter Sand 2026-2027 Season
The Town of Brookline seeks a vendor to deliver winter sand to its sand shed for public roads during the 2026–2027 winter season, within seven days of request, and to mix it with town road salt as directed. Bidders must provide an approximately one-quart sample, quote a delivered price per yard, and meet insurance and workers’ compensation requirements; the town may award a one- or two-year contract. Sealed bids and samples are due by 5 PM on October 7, 2026, and bids are to be opened at about 7 PM that evening.
