Description: REQUEST FOR BIDS For Sulfur Dioxide Invitation to Bidders Bell County Water Control & Improvement District No. 1 (District) is soliciting sealed bids for a twelve (12) month contract supply of Sulfur Dioxide for use at its wastewater plant in Killeen, Texas.
