The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, services, and facilities necessary for the project and perform the tasks as described below. The scope of this contract includes, either as core or optional tasks as specified below, NPSAS, BPS, B&B, and NCES surveys that cover postsecondary education, as well as work to answer questions about past studies or maintain datasets from past studies. The main tasks include: Task 1: Project Management Task 2: Meetings, Travel, and Technical Review Panels Task 3: 2027-28 National Postsecondary Student Aid Study (NPSAS:28) Task 4: Ad Hoc Information Requests.
