The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Enterprise Dredge Delivery Center requires maintenance dredging of Jacksonville Harbor’s federal channel, using hopper, pipeline, and/or mechanical dredges and placing material at Bartram Island Cell F or Jacksonville ODMDS Release Zone C1.
