Description: Waukesha County is seeking an engineering/design consulting firm for the facility-development process for the High Risk Rural Road project on CTH Z, from the Jefferson County Line to Scuppernong Creek Bridge in the Town of Ottawa. The work includes surveys and geotechnical investigations; preparation of preliminary and final plans, specifications, estimates, and supporting environmental and historical documentation; and coordination with agencies on permits and utilities. The project includes roadway safety improvements such as centerline rumble strips, high-visibility markings, and signage; this is a request for engineering/design qualifications, not a grant solicitation.
