2026 Wil-O-Way Commons Trail Guardrail Replacement RFP

Description: The Naperville Park District is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of the existing guardrail along a segment of the West Branch Regional Trail that passes under the BNSF Railway in Wil-O-Way Commons. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Park District Administration Building, 320 W. Jackson Ave., Naperville, Illinois 60540, until 1:00 p.m. on August 13, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Digital bid documents are obtainable at no cost by emailing Lois Szalinski at lszalinski@napervilleparks.org, written questions are due by August 7, 2026, and a Surety Bond for 100% of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction.
