Description: Work includes 1 LS temporary erosion control; 5 EA protect & adjust valves & survey monuments; 27,606 SF full reconstruction (4" pg64-28 ac on 6" type 2 ab); 129 SF AC driveway apron (4" pg64-28 AC on 6" type 2 ab) w/ swale; 1 EA culvert cleaning - remove all debris, vegetation, and sediment (15"); 2 EA culvert cleaning - remove all debris, vegetation, and sediment (18"); 1 EA culvert cleaning - remove all debris, vegetation, and sediment (48"); 440 LF re-establish 3 wide rocklined ditch.
