Description: Contract will also include 600 SY of pavement repair, 405 TON leveling/scratch course, the replacement of 310 LF of asphalt curb and the replacement of all pavement markings. Alternate/Add-On No. 1 will include the full-width mill and overlay of 2nd Street and Summit Avenue (2,250 SY/215 TON) including 140 SY of pavement repair, 50 TON leveling/scratch course and the replacement of all pavement markings.Alternate/Add-On No. 2 will include the full-width mill and overlay of Village Drive and Ridge Lane (7,755 SY/ 695 TON) including 650 SY of pavement repair, 140 TON leveling/scratch course, replacement of 2 Type 'C' inlet tops and the replacement of all pavement markings.
