Town of Granby Community Center 2026 Recreational Center Project RFP
Base Bid improvements include 1,050 LF of 5' wide asphalt walking trail, 900 LF of 5' wide crushed stone walking trail, 1,920 SF of 5' wide concrete sidewalk and 1,764 SF of concrete pavilion pad, 600 SF of stamped concrete, parking area improvements, playground area preparation, landscape plantings, horseshoe pits, cornhole courts, barbeque pits, recreational turf multi-use area, benches, bicycle rack, and picnic tables. Add Alternate Bid improvements include an amphitheater. Coordination with the successful contractors of the separate contracts for a new pavilion and new playground equipment will be required
