Sealed Bids will be received electronically by Town of Argyle, Texas through the CivCast portal until 2:15 PM, local time, on Monday, November 23, 2026 for: BID # 2026-007 Town of Argyle 2026 Old Justin Rd. Sealed Bids will be opened via the CivCast portal and read aloud by audio conferencing. Audio conferencing information will be provided on the CivCast portal. 1. The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Work of the project consists of the labor and incidentals for signing, striping, and minor asphalt widening on Old Justin Rd and C Taylor Rd. This includes all associated items necessary for the project to be completed in accordance with the Specifications and shown on the Drawings. 1. A Complete Set of Bid Documents including Plans and Specifications may be examined without charge on the CivCast portal. 1. Bids shall be submitted under a condition of irrevocability, except as required by law, for a period of ninety (90) days after Bid opening. 1.
