The board conducted public hearings and approved side-yard setback variance requests for residential properties at 1003 Prairie Trail and 600 Gibbons Rd S.

The commission reviewed an active development project list and town updates. The board reviewed financial reports regarding sales tax contributions and fund balances, and conducted an initial discussion of the FY27 operating budget. Planning progress for the upcoming Police Appreciation Banquet was reviewed. Additionally, a presentation was provided on the police facility and municipal complex project, covering population and employment projections. The board also approved a funding request for the purchase and installation of an additional Flock License Plate Reader camera to enhance vehicle monitoring and criminal investigation capabilities.

The board discussed key business items including a report on sales tax collections and a proposed ordinance to amend the budget for a monetary incentive grant for the Argyle Marketplace development project. Workshop topics included the establishment of criteria for business development with the Argyle Business Association and a review of the annual calendar of events.
