Description: Work includes removal and installation of new parking lot; road area in blue to be resurfaced is approx 34,200 SF; mill off existing asphalt to a depth of 6 inches with milling machine, the landfill will provide a area to dump all millings. Provide a smooth transition with the adjoining asphalt drives; base: a. Add additional aggregate to fill in any voids in the base. B. Grade base course evenly and compact to 100% c. Maintain a uniform surface on the base course until placement of asphalt surface is complete. Place a grade on areas that has any dips; asphalt surfacing: a. Install 4 inches of base and 2 inches of top coat. Total of 6" of asphalt. Repaint double yellow line on repaved surface. See attached file.

Monitor the groundwater conditions at applicable landfill sites. Implement complete monitoring programs for sites with existing WDRs, cleanup and abatement orders, and/or other groundwater regulations. Provide all sampling, data analysis, groundwater equipment (wells, pumps, etc) evaluation, and reporting that is required on a recurring basis, complete groundwater monitoring, investigations, risk assessments, or other professional services related to the successful implementation of the closed landfills groundwater program, plan and execute drilling, boring, or other construction work required to successfully implement the closed landfills groundwater program.
