2026 Grant Writing and Grant Administration Consulting Services (Request for Qualifications and Proposals)

Description: Qualified individuals and/or firms to provide grant writing, grant research, grant application preparation, grant administration, and related consulting services on an as-needed basis.Services may include, but are not limited to, identifying and researching federal, State, county, and other grant opportunities; evaluating funding opportunities applicable to the Authority's water and wastewater infrastructure, operations, capital improvements, and other eligible projects; preparing and submitting grant applications; and assisting with grant administration, compliance, reporting, reimbursement requests, documentation, and closeout.
