Modifying the existing traffic signal and constructing pedestrian improvements including a new pedestrian crosswalk. The modifications to the existing traffic signal include a new 25' mast arm; new conduit and handholes; new pedestrian push buttons and signage; and modifications to the existing signal control cabinet.
