The goal of this project is to re-cover the existing 2-ply modified bitumen asphalt roof with new cover board and a new 2- ply modified bitumen asphalt roof system. The existing roof will have wrinkles removed prior to the new gypsum roof cover board and roofing. All new prefinished metal coping caps, scuppers, downspouts, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations are included.

The goal of this project is to re-cover the existing roof with a new 2-ply recover roof system. The new roof system is to be 2-ply SBS modified bitumen roofing applied with cold adhesive over new 1/2" gypsum cover board set in two-part foam adhesive. Wrinkles and other surface defects in the existing roof will be cut out prior to installation of the new roof system. All new prefinished metal gutters, downspouts, fascia, flashings, blocking, roof splashes, accessories, and terminations are included.

Project is generally described as the limited renovation of approximately 52,800 SF of the Readiness Center. This project will repair and restore an existing facility to provide new finishes, roof access, HVAC upgrades, electrical & data drops in various rooms, removal of existing equipment and appurtenances that are no longer required and update any code related issues. Additive Bid Item #1 is generally described as is generally described as construct a new entry foyer outside the existing front doorway. Additive Bid Item #2 is generally described as construct an additional stairway in the entry foyer. See outside link.
