Description: The Region of Peel is soliciting prequalification submissions from qualified firms to provide construction management services for the Stage 3 Liquids and Biosolids Expansion at the Clarkson Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). This prequalification process will establish a list of eligible construction managers who may be invited to propose on the upcoming construction phase of this major wastewater infrastructure upgrade. The work supports the Region's capacity expansion and biosolids management improvements at the Clarkson WRRF in Mississauga, Ontario.
