2026-2029 System Improvement Contract RFP

Description: The contractor will carry out distribution-system improvement construction at multiple sites in Madison, Jefferson, Taylor, and Dixie Counties, Florida. Work includes installing or replacing poles, overhead conductors, underground cables, transformers, and meters, as well as utility-debris pickup and dropoff and incidental work. Tri-County Electric Cooperative may perform some or all of the work itself; proposals are due November 13, 2026.
