2026/2027 Pavement Management Program (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide professional services to develop and prepare the 2026/2027 pavement management program; selected consultant shall physically evaluate the pavement condition of all city streets and determine a pavement condition index (pci) rating for each street section, in accordance with applicable standards; selected consultant shall provide the collected data in an arcgis-compatible street centerline file (the city will provide its current street centerline file upon request). The selected consultant will also be responsible for entering collected data into the city s paver pavement management system; consultant shall update the city s current pavement management system (paver). The city will procure and pay for software licenses and renewals separately from the contract with the selected consultant; accordingly, cost proposals should not include software costs.
