Fire Rescue Headquarters Improvements (Request for Proposal)

Description: Perform comprehensive improvements to the Fire Rescue Headquarters. Treat corrosion on exposed structural steel supports under building and apply new multi-part coating system. Treat all exposed exterior fire suppression piping for corrosion and apply new coating. Provide water softener system complete for domestic water supply. Prep and paint all exterior door hardware. Remove corrosion from all stairwell railings and apply new coating. Replace exterior exit lighting fixtures with new code-compliant fixtures, Replace restroom exhaust fans in Officer's side of Bldg. A. Repair ceiling crack in Fire Chief's office incl. prep and refinish. Repair damaged stucco at front entrance steps. Prep and paint all window frames. Remove existing sealant at all windows and doors and install new. Repair deficient tile grout corners in Bldg. A restroom. Repair nail pops throughout buildings incl. prep and refinish. Power wash entire exterior of building.
