2025 Water Main and PRV Improvements

Description: Work consists of five project sites (Schedules A-E): Schedule A - Install approx. 635 LF 4" DI water main in 78th Street Southeast from 79th Avenue Southeast to the east, new water services, one blow-off assembly, one air-vac assembly, and one connection to existing system; Schedule B - Install approx. 325 LF 4" DI water main in 79th Avenue Southeast from 74th Street Southeast to the dead end to the north, new water service lines, air-vac and blowoff assemblies, and one connection to existing system; Schedule C - Install approx. 430 LF 4" DI water main in private drive to the south of 212the Street Southeast around the 9300 block, new water service lines, blowoff assembly, and one connection to existing system; Schedule D - Upgrade existing PRV station and appurtenances at intersection of 88th Avenue Southeast and 192nd Street Southeast and involves replacement of vault top section and installation of sump ejector assembly along with other improvements; Schedule E - Replace existing PRV vault, roughly 60 LF 8" DI water main, along with 12" spool, water appurtenances, four new water main connections, along with cutting in two new in-line valves, site improvements that include a new block wall and storm drain catch basins and pipes, and grading and pacing on Elliot Road near 102nd Avenue Southeast. Schedules A-C includes pavement sawcutting, trench patching, grind and overlay, and gravel road and shoulder restoration.
