Project includes sanitary sewer and manhole rehabilitation, involves sewer lining by curing in place pipe (cipp) lining and manhole rehabilitation. The bid for the cipp trunk sewer lining and manhole rehabilitation encompasses but not limited to approx. 6,200 LF of 8" sanitary sewers and 290 VF of manhole rehabilitation, mobilization, demobilization, cleaning, televising, bypass pumping, traffic control, point repairs, surface restoration, and incidentals.

Provide sanitary sewer phase 8 manhole rehabilitation. In general, this work consists of: cleaning and preparing of sanitary sewer manholes prior to rehabilitation, including removing existing liners, debris, etc; repair of sanitary sewer manholes including cementitious lining, epoxy lining, removing and replacing frames and covers, raising sanitary sewer manholes, repair of bench and invert, and grouting exterior of manhole frames; bypass pumping, as directed by engineer, to properly rehabilitate any manholes where a flow through bridge or plug is not a viable option. The cost for flow through bridges or plugs shall be included in other work items. See outside link.

Scope of work includes, but not limited to: Installation of a Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) liner to be installed within an existing sanitary sewer. Sewer material is approx. 50 yr old clay pipe. Design of liner system and thickness. Traffic Control including flaggers and lane closures. By‐pass pumping of sewer flows. Cement spray‐on manhole lining of brick or block manholes. Cleaning and televising of the sewers before CIPP liner installation. Post installation televising and deliverables. Bid items: 5,154 LF of 8" CIPP lining sanitary; 120 Ea reinstate service lateral; 145 LF of 30" CIPP lining storm; 8 VF manhole lining. See attached file.

This project includes quantities for approx. 5,783 LF of sanitary sewer lining in various sizes of cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) and the rehabilitation and restoration of structural integrity of 0 manholes.
