RFP – FY2026 NJDOT Surface Transportation Block Grant Program, Final Design
Salem County is soliciting sealed bids for final design of resurfacing and safety improvements to Welchville Road (CR-540), from NJ Route 45 (MP 8.7) to the railroad tracks in Alloway and Mannington Townships. Bids will be publicly opened at the Salem County Administration Building on December 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM prevailing time. Bidders must submit bid security of 10% of the bid (capped at $20,000) and a consent of surety.
