SP Multiple Building Elevator Modernizations RFP
Work includes modernization of the existing hydraulic passenger elevator at harding band building and the existing electric traction passenger elevator at hall. Scope includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing elevator equipment and related construction; new elevator machines/equipment, controls, wiring, fixtures, cabs, doors, door operators, and associated hoist way/pit/machine-room work; construction of a code-compliant elevator equipment room at harding band building; architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm/fire protection, bas, and telecommunications work required to support the elevator modernizations; regulated materials abatement; finishes; testing; commissioning support; permitting; and closeout.
