BLUE BIRD EXPANSION RFP
The Fort Valley Utility Commission is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the electric primary feeder system serving the Blue Bird Expansion Project in Fort Valley, Georgia. The work includes a 7.2/12.47-kV three-phase underground distribution system, with cable and conduit, transformers, switchgear, metering, terminations, grounding, testing, and commissioning. This is a labor-only bid: the Commission supplies the major electrical materials, while the contractor supplies labor, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, and safety items; bidders must be experienced and properly licensed.
