Description: Work includes design and build restoration and repair of the existing metal cold storage building (refer to attached photographs). Furnish and install a pressure-treated 2x wood sill plate (anchor-bolts in concrete slab) at the entire building perimeter exterior walls. Remove and replace metal siding with pre-finished corrugated metal siding to match existing profile and gauge (at the entire perimeter of the building). Remove existing windows and replace them with translucent panels that are compatible with the new metal siding. Remove and replace existing wood blocking as necessary throughout the building (with pressure-treated wood).
