Description: Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting sealed bids for the Dillwyn AHQ Combo Building and Fuel Facility at 147 Thomas Road, Dillwyn, Virginia. The project is an approximately 4,998-square-foot single-story prototype building with about 2,416 square feet of administrative office space and 2,582 square feet of vehicle storage and maintenance bays, together with demolition and the site, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work needed for a complete facility. It also includes a fuel island with gasoline and diesel dispensers, a 2,000-gallon underground gasoline tank, a 10,000-gallon underground diesel tank, and a 24-by-32-foot pre-engineered metal canopy.
