Description: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Operational Contracting Division at Eglin Air Force Base, is soliciting quotations for seven 15-foot heavy-duty flex-wing rotary cutters operating at 540 RPM. This is a 100-percent small-business set-aside and firm-fixed-price requirement, with equipment required to meet the April 28, 2026 Salient Characteristics and delivery due within 60 calendar days after award on a FOB-destination basis. Quotations are due September 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CDT; funding is not currently available, and the Government anticipates award by October 1, 2026 if funding becomes available.
