Description: Disabled Aircraft Tools - 100,000 lb capacity PlaneSkate™ recovery dolly, to include C-130 Extension Kit: Must meet/exceed the following characteristics: Crash, Damaged or Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) Program compliant; Designed to tow disabled aircraft without any jacking or disassembly; Capacity: support up to 187,500 lb Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW); Needs to be long and wide enough to support both Nose Landing Gear (NGL) and Main; Gear Landing (MLG) (for example, C-130J); Powered Winch system for pulling aircraft onto dolly; Must have multi-surface capability, i.e., able to operate effectively on tarmac, gravel,; sand, snow/ice; Must have rapid recovery capability with minimal specialized training.
