Contractor to provide all services to upgrade both HRSGs (B52 and B53) ammonia injection lances to an improved lance injection system and to install a sampling grid downstream of the catalyst to facilitate tuning. All instrumentation and valves on the ammonia injection grid (AIG) are to be upgraded or replaced as part of the work.

Install the 500 kV bus supports at the Columbia Generating Station. Work includes Excavate, form and pour the foundations for four new 500kV Bus Supports, The installation of anchors, rebar, and tie ins to existing Deluge piping foundations will need to be performed, Exothermic welding of grounds shall be performed. Grounds shall be welded from the ground grid and stubbed up by the new concrete pedestals, Grounds in the new excavations shall need to be extended in some cases so that they will not be in the new foundations, While excavating, it may uncover some direct burial cable for 120VAC lighting circuits, Excavations shall need to be performed using a vacuum truck.
