Description: The City of Irving is seeking qualification proposals from landscape architects, multidisciplinary firms, and other qualified professionals for design and engineering services for the 36-acre Lively Park Improvement Project. The CDBG-funded project includes an upgraded playground, covered sport courts, a creek-crossing bridge, ball-field lighting, and a sand volleyball court.
