Summary
Connector Project: a) Mobilization to the site and staging. b) Material purchase and installation of temporary erosion and sediment control measures per the approved Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. c) Demolition and site preparation for proposed project items; including land clearing and rough grading, per the plan drawings and specifications. d) Contact and coordination with subsurface utility providers, including moving utility poles, installation of fire hydrant and high pressure line by others, adjustments to manholes, and moving/removal of the gas utility bank. e) Installation of all necessary conduit, sleeving, and protections for all subsurface utilities, per code; including placing the existing stormwater drainage pipe through the proposed concrete retaining wall. f) Installation of the power panel, electric lines, GFIs, and lights (Electric System). g) Installation of the Stormwater Conveyance System. h) Installation of the Concrete Retaining Wall. i) Installation of the Concrete Curb; including the Concrete Mountable Curb. j) Installation of the ‘Stop’ sign, ‘One Way’ signs, ‘Wrong Way’ signs, ‘Curb Your Vehicle’ signs, ADA parking signs, and parking meters. k) Installation of Trees and Plants; including topsoil, compost, and mulch. l) Installation of the concrete benches.
m) Installation of the Concrete Bike Rack Pad and the Concrete Trash Receptacle Pads. n) Installation of the Decorative Fence with Sign Inlay(s). o) Installation of the Cable Fencing. p) Installation of the Concrete Sidewalk; including the Decorative Band, ADA Ramps with Truncated Domes, and Driveway Aprons. q) Installation of the Concrete Plaza area; including the terrazzo recycled glass application(s). r) Installation of the asphalt paving. s) The milling and paving of the one lane asphalt street. t) The milling for and installation of the Thermoplastic Crosswalk. u) The milling for and installation of the Sharrows. v) The installation of the painted Stop Bar. w) The installation of the painted Crosswalk.
x) The installation of the Trash Receptacles and Bike Rack. y) Final topsoil grading, rolling, seeding, and mulching of any remaining disturbed area. z) The removal of all construction materials; including all temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs.
