Description: Work includes remove and replace 4" cove base, remove and replace 4" cove inside corners, remove and replace 4" cove outside corners, any uneven areas will need to be leveled up, all furniture will have to be removed and replaced in proper location, approximately 8,000 square feet of carpet will need to be removed color of carpet tile will be determined by board of supervisors.
