1168 – Concrete Sidewalk Removal & Replacement Various Locations (Request for Proposals)

Description: Remove and replace concrete sidewalks at various locations throughout the town. Work consists of: 3500 SF, remove existing sidewalk and install new 6" thick concrete sidewalk on existing gravel base; 650 LF, turf establishment; 300 Sf, bituminous driveway patch 3" thick; 150 SF, remove existing sidewalk and install new 6" thick concrete sidewalk handicap ramp on existing gravel base per detail; 6 EA, provide and install 2' x3' yellow detectable warning plate for handicap ramp.
