The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Forestry is offering a 435-acre timber sale across Jay and Benezette Townships in Elk and Clearfield Counties, consisting of approximately 1,006 MBF of sawtimber and 215 HCF of pulpwood. Bidders must submit a lump-sum bid of at least $197,132.03, provide a $10,000 bid bond, hold PA SFI Core Level Training certification, and submit a performance deposit of 15–25% of the bid value. Bidding closes on November 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT.
