Description: The County of Mendocino is soliciting proposals from tribes and community-based organizations to provide Transitional Housing Program (THP) services for homeless or at-risk young adults ages 18–24, with priority for youth exiting foster care or juvenile probation. The selected provider(s) will deliver trauma-informed, youth-centered supervised housing and supportive services, in partnership with the Mendocino County Department of Social Services, to develop life skills, promote self-sufficiency, prevent homelessness, and achieve stability. Proposals must be submitted as four signed paper copies plus one USB copy in a sealed package marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 034-26” by 2:00 p.m. on October 5, 2026, and late or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
